Aging Backwards the Series
SYNOPSIS

Following the success of our 60-minute award-winning Aging Backwards documentary and New York Times bestseller, this new series of eight 30-minute shows (8/30) expands on the theme that, armed with simple tools and knowledge about the aging process, we can all slow or reverse the signs of aging. Filled with motivating personal stories, easy science and a charismatic host, this series is aimed at all those viewers who made Aging Backwards the third most viewed program on public television, just behind Downton Abbey.

In each episode, host Miranda Esmonde-White speaks candidly with individuals who have been successful in slowing down and reversing the effects of aging and have noticed significant improvements in their quality of life. The show topics are tailored to the interests of a vibrant aging population and provide viewers with hope and motivation that they too can rejuvenate and build their body for a strong future.
